Then, in the device manager, right-click on the TrackIR that's being recognized as a USB camera device, and then point this to the NaturalPoint USB driver:

Doing this will load the NaturalPoint USB driver for recognizing the TrackIR device. You should see the device listed as 'TrackIR 5' in order to use it on the TrackIR software.
